Cloud Ink — веб-приложение для совместной работы над текстами и документами, доступное по адресу https://cloud-ink.ru. Эта политика описывает, какие данные мы получаем при входе через Google на публичной странице документа и как ими пользуемся.
Автор может открыть документ по ссылке. Чтобы комментировать и упоминать коллег, посетитель может войти своим аккаунтом Google прямо на странице документа. Это не вход в административную панель Cloud Ink: аккаунт Google не создаёт учётную запись сотрудника Студии.
Мы запрашиваем только базовые сведения профиля (scopes openid, email, profile):
sub).Мы не запрашиваем доступ к Gmail, Диску, Контактам, Календарю и не читаем ваши письма. Приложение не отправляет почту от вашего имени через Google.
Использование полученной от Google информации соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use: данные Google нужны только для входа, отображения профиля и работы комментариев на странице документа, а не для независимой рекламы.

Мы не используем данные Google для рекламы, продажи списков и профилирования вне этого документа.
Идентификатор Google, email, имя и URL аватара хранятся на серверах Cloud Ink (домен cloud-ink.ru), пока вы пользуетесь общими документами или пока запись нужна для отображения ваших комментариев. Сессия входа живёт в cookie браузера. Комментарии и упоминания хранятся вместе с документом, к которому вы получили ссылку.
Мы не продаём персональные данные. Имя и комментарии видны тем, у кого есть ссылка на тот же документ. Обработка идёт на нашей инфраструктуре и у хостинг-провайдера. Вход выполняется через сервисы Google; к их данным применяется Политика конфиденциальности Google.
Вы можете выйти из Google-аккаунта на странице документа («Выйти» / «Сменить аккаунт»). Чтобы удалить сохранённый профиль и связанные с входом данные, напишите на privacy@cloud-ink.ru. Мы удалим идентификатор входа; уже опубликованные комментарии могут остаться в документе как часть совместной работы, если их не удалит автор документа.
Сервис не предназначен для детей младше 16 лет. Мы сознательно не собираем их данные.

Cloud Ink is a web application for collaborative writing and document review, available at https://cloud-ink.ru. This policy explains what data we receive when you sign in with Google on a shared document page and how we use it.
An author may share a document via a link. To comment and mention colleagues, a visitor can sign in with a Google account on that document page. This is not a login to the Cloud Ink admin panel: a Google account does not create a staff account in the Studio.
We request only basic profile information (scopes openid, email, profile):

Cloud Ink’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: Google user data is used only to sign you in, display your profile, and operate comments on the shared document — not for independent advertising.

Your Google identifier, email, name, and avatar URL are stored on Cloud Ink servers (cloud-ink.ru) while you use shared documents or while the record is needed to display your comments. The sign-in session is kept in a browser cookie. Comments and mentions are stored with the document you were invited to.
We do not sell personal data. Your name and comments are visible to people who have the same document link. Processing runs on our infrastructure and hosting provider. Sign-in is handled by Google; Google’s own Privacy Policy applies to their services.
You can sign out on the document page (“Sign out” / “Switch account”). To delete the stored profile and sign-in data, email privacy@cloud-ink.ru. We will remove the sign-in identity; comments already posted may remain in the document as part of the collaboration unless the document owner deletes them.
The service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
